These terms govern your use of the Protocortex website and the LIAM and Coda tools during private beta. By joining the waitlist or installing the tools you agree to them.

Beta software

LIAM and Coda are pre-release and provided as is. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Do not rely on them for production-critical work during the beta period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the tools to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer our services beyond what open-source licenses permit.

• You are responsible for the prompts, code, and content you run through the tools.
• You keep ownership of your own content; we claim no rights over it.
• Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

No warranty

The website and tools are provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protocortex is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes we will note them here and update the date above.
