This policy explains what information Protocortex collects while the product is in private beta, how we use it, and the choices you have. Protocortex is the entity behind LIAM and Coda; Cortex is not yet available.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect the email address you provide. If you install LIAM or Coda, the tools run locally on your own machine and do not transmit your prompts or code to us unless you explicitly opt into sharing diagnostics.
- Waitlist details: your email address and the date you signed up.
- Product diagnostics: only anonymized crash and performance data, and only if you turn it on.
- Website analytics: aggregate, cookie-free usage counts to understand traffic.
How we use it
We use your email to send you beta invitations and important product updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your prompts, code, or diagnostics to train models.
Data retention
We delete your waitlist record 30 days after you unsubscribe. If you never confirm your address, we delete it 30 days after we send you the confirmation email. Both happen automatically.
You can ask us to delete your record sooner at any time by emailing us. When the beta ends, we remove the remaining waitlist entirely.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in the footer of the message. To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, contact us at the address below.
